Our Personal Facilitation sessions offer individuals unique ways to find peace and balance in the midst of rapid change and difficult transitions.
We offer classes in Conflict Resolution and Meditation, Reiki, Yoga, and Meditation. Our healing practitioners offer Reiki, Johrei, Massage, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Energy Balancing, Reflexology, and other forms of complementary therapies. We offer Grief Support to those grieving a loss. Our Support Groups help people deepen, heal, and build relationships by letting go of negative thinking, cultivating inner silence and mindfulness, listening, and open-hearted sharing. Our Free Clinics offer the public a day of rest and relaxation and an opportunity to gain a first-hand experience of any of our healing modalities.
